  • Unused and Unopened Products: We will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund for unopened and unused products within 2 days of receipt.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or accidentally receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return shipment at no cost to you and issue a full refund for the product upon inspection. We may request photos as documentation.
  • Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products unless the product is defective.

  4. Return Shipment: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your protection.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets the return conditions, we will initiate a refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Non-Returnable Items:
